Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) infection is considered a pandemic by the World Health Organization (WHO). The human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) is grouped to the genus Lentivirus within the family of Retroviridae, subfamily Orthoretrovirinae.HIV is comprised of the viral proteins, host cell membrane, env, is the only exposed the viral protein (evades the immune response) gag (p24) represents the primary structural component of virions.HIV can be identified by the test of the antibody screening system (immune assay). HIV is diagnosed with the utmost disease in the world. Its diagnosis is done by testing blood or saliva for detecting the virus that causes HIV. Lack of knowledge about HIV / AIDS is one of the main reasons for the increased number of new HIV infections.
