Reference Shelf: National Debate Topic 2016/2017

The focus of this title is the subject of the National Forensics League (NFL) 2016/17 Policy Debate, which will be announced in early 2016. Subjects from previous years include Surveillance, The Ocean, The Future of U.S. Economic Relations: Mexico, Cuba & Venezuela, Transportation Infrastructure, American Space Exploration & Development, American Military Presence Overseas, Social Services for the Poor, and Healthcare & Sub-Saharan Africa. These titles in the Reference Shelf Collection are a necessity for any institution taking part in the NFL's Policy Debate.
