Prospects of Biodiesel in IC Engines

The search of alternative fuels for internal combustion engine is accelerated by the energy crisis due to depletion of resources and increased environmental problems. Biodiesel produced from locally available vegetable oil is one of the solutions. This book may be used as a reference by engineering/research students who are investigating the performance and emissions of internal combustion engine. This book deals with the evaluation of performance and emissions characteristics of diesel engine using different biodiesels.
