Sin Killer

A serial killer remains free in Buffalo, New York after a task force comprised of state and local authorities fails to apprehend him and the wrong man is imprisoned. No one is more frustrated than Terry Levine, the state police investigator who headed up the team. He is ordered to leave the case alone, but continues it in a different way.
