Kendra is Giluri, an endangered tribal species, that lives off the coastline of Western Australia, she is searching for her lost Mothers. Emily is obsessed with finding the Mandalay Mermaid figurehead that saved her grandmother from drowning but instead Kendra and Emily find one another.
