Internet for Nurses and Allied Health Professionals

This text is a primer for the Internet for those who have little or no computing experience. It describes the Internet and how it works, including how to use various Internet tools. In addition, this work provides a listing of health-related Internet resources, from an on-line version of the "American Journal of Nursing" to the "Virtual Nursing Centre". The reader should find this directory, complete with descriptions of each entry, a useful collection of the information resources available for health care professionals on the Internet.
