Applications of Nano and Organic Composites Based Devices

Semiconductive materials are used widely in industry, space technology, environmental monitoring, assessment and many other applications. Therefore, nano materials, organic semiconductor and composites based devices have been the subject of investigation in the past few years due to their low cost, simplicity of devices fabrication and interesting electrical and optical properties. This book is compiled in collaboration of Tajik and Pakistani scientists based on the result of research of nano materials, organic semiconductor and composites properties and devices to provide awareness and highlight the importance of this field of technology for future development of the different electronic devices. This book is devoted to electrical properties of devices based on nano materials, organic semiconductors and composites, in particular, pressure, displacement, strain, light, humidity sensors, organic field effect transistors, solar cells, light emitting diodes, electrochemical cells and thermoelectric cells and will be useful to students, teachers, researches, engineers, technicians and to everybody interested in nano and organic electronics.
