Advanced Laboratory Techniques in Zoology

Advance Laboratory Techniques in Zoology include Principles and applications of Centrifugation, Filtration, Microscopy (Scanning and Transmission Electron microscopes). These also include Micro-photography, Micrometry, Chromatography, Spectrophotometry, Electrophoresis (Agarose and PAGE), Southern and Northern Blotting. Advanced Techniques in Biochemistry are widely used for Extraction, Precipitation and estimation of Amino acids and Proteins, Lipids, Nucleic acids and the study of enzyme activity.
