Management Skills for New Managers

Most rookie managers do not have what it takes to fulfil their position as the skills they've used to get where they are today, are not the same skills they're going to need as manager. "Managing skills for New Managers" shows rookies how they can improve their communication skills and adapt their management style to match the needs of their direct reports. They'll also learn how to be more effective by learning to delegate and how to improve performance of their staff by using a coaching model.
