Phenomenon of work stress in teachers has been receiving global attention and concern in recent years. Work stress has already drawn public attention and is frequently on the headlines of news. So there is a dire need to study the work stress in teachers and its causative factors. Therefore this book aims at studying the stress levels in teachers.
