"The antidote to sorrow" is Lito Seizani's fifth volume of poems. It includes 37 poems written between 1981 and 2016. The poems can be found in 4 parts which have the following titles: "A'Volcanoes", "B'Poems of the park", "C'Il mio vecchio genitor" and "D'Numbers".
The poems are written in Greek. Lito Seizani was born in Athens and has studied Italian and Translation. She has translated into her mother tongue many Italian and English books. Her favourite writer is Thomas Hardy whose "Jude the obscure", "A Laodicean" as well as some poems and short stories she has translated into Greek. She also writes pieces in english for the international Leipzig Magazine www.leipglo.com. Lito Seizani's personal website is www.litoseizani.com containing her writings in four languages.
