Detailed information

Clientele and official relationship gains greater significance not only in India, but also in almost all countries. Indian Citizen depends upon the administration system from 'cradle' to the 'grave'. Starting from birth certificate till death certificate, the people have to approach the officials. If the officials render services with promptness and unbiased manner the clientele will be happy towards the functioning of the system. Instead of that if the officials harass the clientele and has them to come again and again, the clientele will alienate from the functions of the system. Delay, favouritism, nepotism, corruption, middleman interference are some of the factors affecting the functioning of the Organization. In this book the author has taken Union, State and Local Government departments in Visakhapatnam and conducted intensive study about the functioning the three departments and projected the maladies and suggested measures to overcome.
