Implication on child labour on girl child education: An Appraisal

This research work examined the factors affecting Child labour in Funtua Local Government Area of Katsina State; Implication to Girl Child Education Programme. The Objectives of this research work are: to determine whether socioeconomic factor affect child labour in Funtua, to determine whether poverty is the cause of child labour in Funtua, to determine whether cultural factor cause child labour in Funtua Local Government, to find out the implication of child labour to girl child education, and ways of eradicating girl child labour, and ways of enhancing girl child education. The methodology of this research work were used survey research design, population and sample of the study, sample of size for study, sampling techniques, research instruments, validity of research instruments, reliability of research instrument, administration of research instrument and method of data analysis.
