Motion sickness can occur during exposure to physical motion.Motion sickness is a common and normal.Motion sickness is thought to be due to problems with the brain sensing motion in three different ways from three different pathways of the nervous system including eyes, body surface and inner ear, which usually work together in order for the brain to know where the body is in relationship to its surroundings. The main purpose of research was to study the effectiveness of puma therapy versus yoga therapy on motion sickness in college level girls.
