Brucellosis is an important infectious disease which infect human and animals. Thus play an important role as public health point of view. In human it is also called Malta Fever.It can be transmitted through milk and milk products. Its control and eradication is imperative need of time which compels the development of latest molecular based techniques for diagnosis. In our study IHC and qPCR have been optimized for accurate detection of pathogen so that effective measures could be adopted. Human is at more risk of Brucellosis in developing countries where the disease is prevalent. They can get the infection through secretion of animals like milk, urine, vaginal secretion and placental contents. It is important to diagnose the Brucella in both human and animals for accurate measures.
