Corporate governance means different polices which leads organization towards success. That is set of laws and guidelines for employees of company. Corporate governance provides pattern of responsibilities for stakeholders. Company's stakeholders are responsible for corporate governance procedure and code of conduct of businesses to achieve objectives of company. Corporate governance ensure all employees are treating equally and there is no conflicts of interest. Corporate governance ensure the transparency and discourage abuse of powers.
