Juvenile delinquency nowadays is a world wise concerning and burning issues. Offences relating to adolescent is also a matter of thinking and it becomes a curse for the third world country. Though Economy of Bangladesh is getting better and Bangladesh at present has entered into the list of developing countries but Juvenile delinquency (i.e. the Kishore gang) in Bangladesh is increasing drastically and it has become the headache to the Law & order forces because they sometimes failed to control and manage the teenagers crimes such as stabbing, snatching, murder, gang rape, theft in house, drag abuse, trespassing and so many crimes connected with adolescents.
