The purpose of this paper is to investigate the level of resilience in second grade high school students, because it is essential for the life of every human being to develop it, especially in adolescence because it is at this stage where there are constant physical and cognitive changes.In this research different concepts are explained, mainly about the pillars that help to develop the aforementioned capacity, described by Flores (2007), which are: coping, autonomy, self-esteem, awareness, value of responsibility, hope and optimism, intelligent sociability and frustration tolerance.This book is developed in five chapters, in the first chapter will be explained the subject of study, secondly the theoretical framework, thirdly the methodological framework, fourthly the research results and finally the intervention proposal in which are described the strategies used to promote the above pillars and their development in the state secondary school, as well as its evaluation.
