This book indent to provide importance strength training on stroke survivors. The aim of this study is to find the effectiveness of bilateral and unilateral training in improving functional independence in stroke subjects. Bilateral strength training shown a significant improvement with the 't' values as 2.821 and 2.911 at p<0.01 for the mean difference of functional independence using FIM and MBI Score respectively. The investigator concluded that the bilateral strength training was better than the group treated with unilateral strength training given for the same period.
