Ruthie's Day at the Fair

It's 1893 and the World's Fair is hitting Chicago. Ruthie can't wait but her mom cancels because the baby is sick. Ruthie's stepdad offers to take her. She learns to appreciate her stepdad while honoring her father's memory.
