Detailed information

This study is based on the victims who have been imprisoned for long and then released to a new situation all together. Most of them are not accepted by the society they end up being very frustrated and may easily go back to crime, others may want to change but the society does not give them a chance to reform. Some have found their belongings in terms of assets and goods taken by their relatives taking them back to the cases where most likely the society always finds fault on them. The prisons release them back to the society without necessarily caring where they are sending them. The study is done through interviewing prisons department and observing and interviewing released prisoners. In conclusion the government needs to follow up the impact of the prison by ensuring that the former criminals fit back in the society, without which rehabilitation will not be complete. The study recommends a programme that follows the former prisoners and ensure that they are accepted by the society.
