Milk thistle is a valuable widely-consumed botanical used for various health benefits which is the annual plant belonging to the Asteraceae family whose ripe seeds contain flavonoid substances. Myrrh is a sap-like substance which comes out of cuts in the bark of trees which are members of the Commiphora species. Mentha spicata is a species of mint native to Europe and South East Asia.
