Methodology for the Observation of Hidden Behaviours in Addiction

This book tackles the paradox that is the observation of hidden behaviours. Concerning the use of substances, such as alcohol and other drugs, which are prohibited, condemned, or censored by various instruments of control (legal, medical, moral...), these behaviours tend to be kept secret from significant others. Under what conditions could they be revealed to an unknown inquirer?
