Heritage Revival Movement in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia - a historical, critical analytical study

This book aims to study the heritage revival movement in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, a scientific study, which chronicles this movement since the printing press entered the land of this country in 1300 AH/ 1883AD, even before the release of this book. It is (i.e. the movement) an intellectual, scientific, and cultural epic, which was fought by our country, especially after its unification at the hands of the founding king Abdulaziz Al Saud, may God rest his soul, then grew after that, and developed with the multiplicity of parties that sponsored this movement, from official institutions, universities, and centers Scientific and various publishing outlets. And it had a great impact on the excess of the largest of the Arab heritage treasures to the light. The book included historical stances of the contributions of most of these parties, and a study of the effect of each of them in the march of spreading and supporting heritage. The book also aims to put this movement in its historical and objective course between the movements of revival in the various Arab countries, which is one of the most active in this field. This study has stood at the features of the revival movement, and the publishing of heritage books was established historically from the early beginnings, and celebrated the first wills, whether in terms of the role of individuals or official and private institutions, as well as in terms of various topics and important books that revolved around the activity, as the motives and engines showed Which contributed to revitalizing this movement during its long career. The book is not limited to the historical side of the topic, but also intends to analyze and criticize in some chapters, to show the dimensions of some of the issues that are buried in the book.
