»Employer's Liability Insurance Association Knowledge Management«: Based on the discussion concerning the cognitive dimension of law, the interdisciplinary work shows that the german employers' liability insurance associations (»Berufsgenossenschaften«) perform a legally guided knowledge management involving their member companies (»Mitgliedsunternehmen«). This broad knowledge management is analysed theoretically and constitutionally. The analysis shows how governmental knowledge can be generated and legally utilised in accordance with constitutional law involving private parties.
