Detailed information

Media differs in nature from propaganda. Media is based on correct news, established facts, numbers, statistics, and the like. As for propaganda, it relies essentially on emotions or what is called textual appeal. Despite this and that, people or governments are indispensable for media and propaganda at the same time. Yes - nowadays we have made a clear distinction between what is media and what is propaganda. This is why we find rulers in modern countries - so we found that in the second half of the twentieth century, in their communication with the masses, they depend more on the media than on propaganda. Or - at least - they pretend to do so in front of the people. This appears clear in the speeches of presidents and leaders at public events, political coups, periodic and non-periodic conferences, and in parliamentary assemblies in which representatives of the people meet and speak in which they talk based on correct information, studied reports, and statistics that do not lie to the reader or listener.
