Detailed information

Ferroelectricity is one of the famous class of condensed matter physics in which, at present time a number of research works and projects are going on with better efficiency. This sixty years research of ferroelectrics resulted, a best developing alternate of semiconductor world. For example, infrared technology is a very famous and progressive technology in our surrounding life for different purposes, specially for night vision purpose which is mostly utilized in wild life video recordings and geological study purposes. Societies are taking many advantages of this modern technological applications. In this work we are trying to explain the different characteristics of pure and high polarity doped ferroelectric triglycine sulphate crystal at different external electric fields in terms of internal lattice mechanism. Here we have also tried to explain the possible applications of pure and doped triglycine sulphate crystal in different technologies like pyroelectric detection technology, infrared detection technology, computing technology etc. We are trying to find out the characteristics of liquid ferroelectric crystals in different external electric fields and pressure conditions.
