There are numerous performance factors such as physiological, psychological, bio-mechanical, sports training and skill etc. In the kingdom of these factors, physical and fitness including training factor carry much significant value in achieving success in sports. Sports' training of sport person with skill effectiveness is most important with proper matching of physical training and skill performance with the sports. The athlete will require deep efforts to achieve better performance is sports. Physical fitness factors in terms of aerobic and an-aerobic fitness is another important factor for achieving excellence in sports performance. Cricket is an activity which needs a specific fitness and training. One of the areas of research, which has received little attention, is the comparison of various performance factors like motor performance, psychological factors, physiological factors, and sports training of sports persons in sports. The main purpose of the study was to Critically Compare the Training Programme between First Four Position Holder's and Non-Position Holder's Men Cricket Players of All India Intervarsity Level.
