Personlichkeitsschutz 2.0

This study uses the example of Facebook to examine the privacy risks of profile usage at social networks and the legal frameworks on either side of the Atlantic. It concludes that based on shared principles, it should be possible to improve privacy protection through the cooperative implementation of transatlantic, sector-wide standards.
