Detailed information

This book is helpful in analyzing the fluid bar interaction. The mechanism of turbulent flow in the vicinity of mid-channel bar is analyzed using the bursting technique. The three-dimensional flow characteristics are studied by using the octant events. The transitional movements of octant events are modelled using the first order Markov chain. An attempt has been made to relate the bursting events with the scouring/deposition occurred in the vicinity of the bar.
