V rabote na razlichnyh tipah kletok pokazano, chto toxicheskie metabolity zhirnyh kislot (ZhK) vyzyvajut gibel' kletok. Izbytochnoe nakoplenie Sa2+ v matrixe MH s podavleniem jenergetiki MH privodit rostu citozol'nogo Ca2+ po mehanizmu, ne svyazannomu s formirovaniem pory mPTP, libo k pereraspredeleniju Sa2+ iz retikulyarnyh zapasov v citozol' bez postupleniya v MH. Odnovremennaya aktivaciya Sa2+-chuvstvitel'nyh fosfolipaz pri nekontroliruemom nakoplenii Ca2+ v citozole, pri lokal'nom obrazovanii Ca2+-mikrodomenov, sposobstvuet istoshheniju zapasa membrannyh fosfolipidov, chto mozhet privodit' k vozniknoveniju nespecificheskoj pronicaemosti plazmalemmy.
