Detailed information

Beef is the most consumed meat in Cameroon. Although beef supply is not sufficient for the the national population, a lot of cattle is supplied to most countries in the Central Africa region. Here is very little documention on the cahracterisitics of the cattle and no information on the quality and safety of the meat produced. Therefore, can Cameroonian beef meet up with standards and remain competitive in the international market? YES! As narrated in this work, Cameroon has incredible opportunities for the sustainable development of its beef sector and can conveniently satisfy the increasingly high demand for beef of excellent quality, thanks to her enormous diversity of rich natural, human and infractructural resources. To achieve this, there must be re-adjustment of national development policies and strategies based on the exploitation of information provided in here.
