Effectiveness of INEDs of Corporate Goverance of Business Co. in H.K

This book discussed the corporate governance in the Hong Kong main board listed companies. The roles and responsibilies of the independent non-executive directors (INEDs) were reviewed under different theories. Questionnaries were answered by 25 INEDs in different businesses.
