Critical Issues in Restorative Justice

Examines the growth of restorative justice from a few scattered experimental projects into a worldwide social movement and field of study. In examining this growth, the contributors identify the main threats to its integrity and effectiveness, and discuss victim, offender, and practitioner issues, the role of the state, and broad questions of social justice.
