This book is a little attempt to make study of how and what kind of changes ultraviolet radiation can exert on eye of frog, particularly some biochemical changes takes place in experimental animals. it was observed that when animals (Frog) were exposed for consecutive weeks in laboratory condition under ultraviolet light it results in alteration in the normal level of soluble and insoluble proteins and level of glutathione.
