Biosynthesis of Noble Metal Nanoparticles using Actinomycetes

This book contains studies on biosynthesis of Noble Metal and Metal Sulphide Nanoparticles using Streptomyces species from lake water. It includes detail protocol for biosynthesis of Gold, Silver and Platinum and Metal Sulfide viz CdS, ZnS, MnS Nanoparticles. Metal exposed biomass was characterized by U.V. Spectroscopy , Scanning Electron Microscopy and XRD to obtain evidence of intracellular state of Nanoparticles.
